We are the home of PayDay Ciders! Our ciders are made right on site in our fully equipped and modern cidery cellar. We produce all our ciders with local apples. Our award-winning cidermaker has over 25 years of experience in cider and winemaking and all our ciders reflect his passion and knowhow to bring you great tasting products! No quite yet. We are committed to providing a variety of options to cater to the diverse needs of our customers, including those who prefer gluten-free dishes. In alignment with this commitment and after a thorough evaluation, we have determined that there is a risk of cross-contamination with gluten products in our current setup. The well-being and satisfaction of our customers are of utmost importance, and we cannot, in good conscience, offer a gluten-free option for most items on the menu that we cannot guarantee to be completely free of cross-contamination. For not, all we can guarantee and offer that is gluten free is our burgers and pizza (with our gluten-free dough). We know that this might be disappointing, but please rest assured that this is a temporary issue. We are actively planning to invest in a dedicated fryer and additional storage space specifically designed to accommodate a gluten-free preparation process. This will allow us to offer gluten-free fish and chips and other options that meet the necessary standards and guarantees for our gluten-sensitive customers. No, we do not take reservations. However, you can call in your order in advance at 1-902-707-6955 or simply come in for take out orders or to do a cider tasting as well as we have plenty of room. The wait for food orders is short!
